Here is Jim’s story in his own words –
I grew up in Florida, Kansas, Alabama, and New Jersey – Yes my father was career Air Force. After he had 20 years in, his next assignment was to be Goose Bay, Labrador. They said don’t bother bringing a car because the roads were only clear for two months of the year. He retired right then. My college experience was similar, majoring in math and psychology – spread across three schools – guess I was used to moving.
My real passion is business. In my twenties, I read every business and marketing book I could find as well as every word of every issue of Fortune and Forbes magazine. My education and early businesses were math and technology because they were easy for me. I can still do the math to rotate 3D objects in my mind.
But my love is business – I can hardly talk to someone without mentally constructing businesses for them. Well, truthfully, there are times I get distracted.
I am a slow traveler who loves anything that can be described as off the beaten path, remote beauty, or urban intellectual. I dabble in watercolor painting, urban sketching and seek out unique experiences.
With a passion for helping small business do marketing for growth, I enjoy mentally constructing businesses for those I meet, demystifying business and marketing for those who could benefit from it most. As a business coach, I found the hardest part for small businesses to get right was marketing. Marketing is a strange field, combining the vision of an artist, the word skills of a novelist, the insight of a psychologist, and the analytical skills of a mathematician. Oh, and being left-handed helps.

It was sold within three days. Many of these questions did not apply. The whole transactions only took one month (to the day) from the listing, I don’t know much about how it was handled except for the assistance in yard work for the front yard and the online presentation of the house.
